The Playstation Move
Mar, 12. 2010 by Matt .
Sony’s got their answer to the Nintendo’s Wii and Microsoft’s Project Natal. The Playstation Move.
“It’s fast, precise and accurate,” said Peter Dille, Sony’s senior VP of marketing. “We like to think this is the next generation of motion-gaming…we’re really approaching this as a platform launch.”
It will work in unison with the Playstation Eye by using the colourball on top of the control to help the users in-game motion accuracy. Sony will be releasing a “Starter Kit” bundle that would include a Playstation Eye, and the Playstion Move controller, for around $100. Sweet.
The Playstion Move will debut late 2010.

2011 Lexus LFA
Jan, 10. 2010 by Matt .
This bad boy debuted at the Tokyo Motor Show back in October (though its concept was first announced/shown back in 2005), and this article has been sitting in my drafts box since then, whoops. (I’m slowly getting around to finishing a bunch of articles that have been on my to-do list). Anyway it’s packing 550 ponies and gets from 0-60mph in 3.6 seconds. They’ll be making approximately 500 of these starting production late 2010, releasing 20 per month until late 2012. If you’ve got deep pockets you can get on the wait list now, they go for about $350,000 USD.
You can configure your own Lexus LFA on their website. From the seats to the stitching, you can customize the car right down to the colour of the brake calipers.
Stussy is Back in NYC
Aug, 30. 2009 by Matt .
Since I’ve moved to New York and am looking at an indefinate stay here, I’m going to be posting on all that is New York. Starting with the return of Stussy. Here’s a brief background, Stussy used to have a shop here in the city that never sleeps, they put it on hold for a bit, and now they’re back. I personally haven’t actually had the time to get over there to check it out, But, the folks over at Freshness Mag took some great shots of it. If anyone is in or around New York, this is an awesome store to check out.
Gun-damn! 30th Anniversary
Jun, 19. 2009 by Matt .
By now most people have heard about the crazy life-sized RX-78-2 Gundam statue — errr robot? Attraction? Whatever you want to call it, it’s awesome. Most people first saw the posts or pictures from Odaiba, Japan. Where the Gundam was seemingly built overnight. If you haven’t seen them already you have to check them out.
If that wasn’t surreal enough, apparently there is a beyond awesome lighting system built into the RX Gundam. Check out the night photos! How could this get any better? Well it moves too, with sound effects and smoke!
Next step, movable limbs. Then, a working propulsion system. After that all we’ll need is an opposing army and we’re set.
Assassin’s Creed 2
Jun, 10. 2009 by Matt .
If you don’t know what Assassin’s Creed is, it’s a violent blood splattered game where you are an assassin who must brutally gut marked men. If you do know the game, then you’ll know that it is much more than just senseless, brutal killing. It is a visual masterpiece, the attention to detail is absolutely immaculate. Making it quite literally ‘The Art of Killing’. See for yourself.
